By accessing the TriAkar website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
TriAkar is a made-to-order 3D printing business based in India. All products are manufactured in India and shipped to customers domestically and internationally. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean TriAkar.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment. We reserve the right to cancel any order before production begins and will issue a full refund if we do so.
For custom orders, a separate confirmation email will be sent with design specifications. Your reply confirming the specifications constitutes acceptance of the order and commencement of the non-refundable production stage.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International prices shown in USD are indicative and may vary based on exchange rates at the time of payment. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card details.
Prices are subject to change without notice before an order is placed. Once an order is confirmed and payment is accepted, the price is locked.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
TriAkar products are designed for personal and office use only. We are not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, use beyond rated loads, or use outside the intended purpose. PLA-based products are not suitable for high-temperature environments (above 60°C) unless specifically noted.
All product designs, brand assets, website content, and images are the intellectual property of TriAkar. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without prior written permission.
For custom orders, you warrant that any design, file, or instruction you provide does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. We are not liable for infringement resulting from customer-supplied designs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriAkar's total liability for any claim arising from a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or placing of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
